 1. The Applicants should be a resident of uttar pradesh

 2. Should not hold ration card in other states.

 3. Should come in that Income Group which is prescribed by the State

 
                             Category of Ration Card Apply 

 APL Ration Card: Any eligible candidates who is above defined poverty   line can apply under this category. There is annual income limit under   this  category

 BPL Ration Card: Any eligible candidates who is below defined poverty   line can apply under this category. There is annual income limit of Rs.   27,000 per annum( Limit is calculated by allowing five earning persons in   a household of the applicant)
